Service and Installation Charges

Charges for service and/or installation work will be calculated on a time and material basis.

Charges are billed and due upon completion.

After the first hour minimum, charges are billed in ½ hour increments.

• Service work done on customer’s premises during regular office hours:
  • Initial one man service $70.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Service work after first hour $35.00 per half (1/2) hour  

• Service work done on customer’s premises after hours and on holidays:
  • Initial one person service $100.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  •  Service work after first hour $50.00 per half (1/2) hour  

• If the service person determines that a unit must be brought to the shop for repairs, there will be a pick-up and delivery charge.
  • Pick-up and delivery charge $70.00
  • Shop labor $50.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Shop labor after first hour $25.00 per half (1/2) hour

• Installation and pipefitting crews during regular office hours.
  • Two person installation crew $100.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Each additional person $50.00 per hour
  • Two-person installation work after first hour $50.00 per half (1/2) hour

    

• Installation and pipefitting crews work done on customer’s premises after hours and on holidays.
  • Two person installation crew $150.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Each additional person $75.00 per hour
  • Two-person installation work after first hour $75.00 per half (1/2) hour

• Installation of underground fuel lines on the customer’s side of the meter are installed by the District’s contractor and the price is determined on a per project basis.
