You can call them at 811 or 1-800-351-1111, use their mobile app or website TN811.com. A trained technician will come out and mark the location of any gas lines with yellow paint and/or flags.
Experienced, trained technicians are available 24 hours a day to respond to any natural gas emergency. If you smell gas or suspect the presence of carbon monoxide, call our office and a qualified technician will be dispatched immediately.
Our service and installation technicians are available to service or install many types of natural gas equipment for our customers. Simply call or drop by any of our three conveniently located offices and discuss your situation. We also offer free estimates on piping and installation of gas appliances.
We offer free safety inspections to insure all installations are safe and meet applicable codes and regulations.
